Job Summary
We are a small and private outpatient physical therapy clinic in Bozeman, MT. We are looking to add a third staff PT to the team. Currently the position is part-time with very flexible hours. You can pick your hours and which days of the week you work. There is potential for this to become a full-time position as early as October 2026, if interested. All visits are 45 minutes long and one-on-one with patients. There is flexibility to increase appointments to 60 minutes, if needed and applicable.
We are conjoined with a full gym with three personal trainers allowing for great transition of care for patients when being discharged from PT. You will have full access to the gym, kitchen, and shower. Pay is competitive with the hourly rate based on experience and the interview. In addition to your hourly rate you will receive a quarterly bonus at an agreed upon percentage of your net profit for Highlander.
Our patient population ranges from adolescents to older adults. Montana is direct access for PT, so we see a lot of acute injuries where we are their first healthcare provider they've seen. We also see a lot of post-operative orthopedic cases for all parts of the body. Our patients tend to have active lifestyles and they want to return to high level activities.
