Maintain strict adherence to safety policies and OSHA regulations; conduct toolbox talks, safety inspections, and incident reporting.
-
Review construction drawings, specifications, and submittals; identify conflicts and coordinate timely resolution with the project team and general contractor.
-
Monitor progress and productivity; prepare daily reports, track RFIs and submittals, and provide regular status updates to project management.
-
Coordinate inspections, testing, and commissioning activities; ensure corrective actions are implemented for non-conforming work.
-
Control site cost drivers by monitoring labor productivity, material usage, and change orders; support cost-saving initiatives and schedule recovery plans.
-
Lead on-site meetings with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to clarify scope, expectations, and sequencing.
-
Mentor and develop field staff, enforce quality standards, and implement best practices for efficient construction execution.
