Key Qualifications:
- Active licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience with school-based OT services, home health, or healthcare settings
- Strong assessment, documentation, and therapeutic intervention skills
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans for students PreK–12

- Flexibility to travel between 2-3 nearby school sites
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy assessments and direct services to students, supporting academic and functional goals
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate therapy into daily routines and learning activities
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering insights and recommendations for student accommodations and modifications
