- Lead all on-site construction activities for a $26M ground-up hotel project in Charlotte, NC.
- Oversee construction of a 113,039-square-foot, five-storey, 145-room hospitality development.
- Manage daily field operations, site logistics, safety, quality, scheduling, and subcontractor performance.
- Coordinate project execution from the planned start date of 9 October 2026 through the 22-month project duration.
- Supervise and mentor an Assistant Superintendent assigned to the project.
- Drive schedule adherence, productivity, and project milestones while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with project management, subcontractors, consultants, and ownership representatives.
- Oversee construction involving ICF systems, load-bearing metal studs, bar joists, and pour-in-place metal deck assemblies.
- Maintain a safe, organised, and productive job site environment.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and company standards.
