Job Requirements:
- 5 years of experience as a Multifamily Property Manager
- Highly organized, with the ability to oversee multiple sites
- Excellent communication & relationship-building abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Effective time management skills with an ability to adhere to required deadlines
- Accounting, reporting, and budgeting-focused positions in the past
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties
- Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
- Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants
- Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses
- Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data, and trends
- Oversee property personnel and assess their performance
- Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance
- Additional duties as assigned, reports to the Regional Manager
