CLA is hiring a Foreman and Crew members for the remainder of the 2026 season and beyond. Our team specializes in residential hardscaping and masonry within northern New Jersey:
- Outdoor kitchens
- Patios
- Pools
- Firepits
- Plantings
Individuals who can operate heavy equipment, read site plans, determine elevations, and/or have experience with masonry and hardscaping are encouraged to apply.
We are seeking candidates who:
- Enjoy working outdoors daily
- Have familiarity with power tools (i.e. drills, demo saws, circular saws)
- Can safely lift 50+ lbs.
- Have reliable transportation
- Possess a valid driver’s license and CDL A, a plus
Preferred Experience: Heavy equipment operation, including skid steers and mini excavators
Part-time and Full-time positions available:
All team members are provided with Paid Time Off (5 days to start)
Full-time team members are eligible for benefits after 4 months, including:
- Health insurance reimbursement
- Continuing education (Workshops, CDL training, etc.)

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
