Pay: $$28.00-30.00 per hour + Bonus Opportunities
Schedule: Full-Time (40–50 hours per week)

At Smash My Trash Vegas, we're looking for a mechanically inclined Route Supervisor who enjoys working with heavy equipment, solving mechanical problems, and delivering outstanding customer service. If you have strong mechanical skills, understand hydraulic systems, and take pride in keeping equipment operating at peak performance, we'd like to hear from you.
This is more than a driving job. You'll operate our proprietary Smash My Trash truck, perform on-site trash compaction services, maintain and troubleshoot hydraulic equipment, and build lasting relationships with our customers throughout the Las Vegas Valley.
What You'll Do
- Safely operate a Smash My Trash truck throughout your assigned route.
- Perform on-site trash compaction ("Smashes") for commercial customers.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and perform routine maintenance on hydraulic and mechanical systems.
- Identify equipment issues early and complete minor repairs to minimize downtime.
- Keep your truck and equipment clean, safe, and operating efficiently.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the Smash My Trash brand.
- Support Relationship Managers with customer demonstrations and equipment presentations.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
Typical Weekly Schedule
- 65% – Driving route and servicing customer locations
- 10% – Preventive maintenance, inspections, and mechanical repairs
- 20% – Customer demonstrations with Relationship Managers
- 5% – Team meetings and conference calls
What We're Looking For
We're searching for someone who enjoys turning wrenches just as much as driving.
Qualifications
- CDL Class B Required
- CDL Class A is a plus, but not required.
- 1–3 years of commercial driving experience (local delivery, route, construction, or similar).
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical equipment.
- Working knowledge of hydraulic systems, cylinders, hoses, pumps, valves, and general mechanical repairs.
- Experience performing preventive maintenance on trucks, heavy equipment, or industrial machinery is highly preferred.
- Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check.
