Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, offices, or commercial spaces including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces
- Conduct floor care activities including stripping, waxing, polishing, and carpet cleaning to preserve flooring quality
- Manage janitorial tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and ensuring cleanliness of common areas
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment properly to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
Job Duties Include:
Sweeping and mopping floors
Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms
Dusting and wiping surfaces
Cleaning windows and glass
Maintaining dining/break areas
Cleaning offices and common areas
Emptying trash and replacing liners
Other cleaning duties as assigned

- Prior experience in residential cleaning, custodial work, hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning is highly preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, sanitation practices, carpet cleaning, and laundry processes
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending comfortably
- Basic familiarity with janitorial equipment and cleaning supplies is advantageous
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering top-quality service in every task undertaken
