What makes you a great fit?
Above all, you are a detail-oriented machinist with strong manual machining skills, the ability to independently read blueprints and GD&T, and a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
We would also imagine that you have:
Proficiency operating manual machines (lathes, mills, drills, grinders) with ability to independently plan operations and select tooling- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and GD&T symbols, and apply shop math (decimals, fractions, geometry)
- Experience using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gages) to inspect parts for conformance
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
It is a plus if you also:
Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office in a manufacturing environment- Familiarity with cranes, hoists, and hydraulic jacks for material handling
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices
