We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Legal Intake Specialist to join our dynamic team in Lakewood. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and solutions to clients, helping them navigate their legal needs and achieve their goals. Duties
Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ needs and objectives.
Collaborate with team members to improve overall client satisfaction.
Utilize CRM software to analyze data and present findings to clients effectively.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal trends and changes in regulations that may impact clients.
Foster strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
Requirements
Proficiency in both English and Spanish. (Required)
Ability to effectively use digital tools for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and empathetically to clients.
