Position Summary
The Asset Quality & Ecommerce Associate is responsible for preparing technology products for resale by ensuring every device meets K12 Computers' quality standards before shipment.
This role focuses on cosmetic inspection, cleaning, grading verification, packaging, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate takes pride in producing high-quality work and understands that every shipment represents the K12 Computers brand.
Responsibilities
- Perform final quality inspections on laptops, desktops, tablets, monitors, and other technology.
- Verify cosmetic grades and ensure products match listing descriptions.
- Clean and prepare devices for resale using company standards.
- Remove stickers, residue, dust, and debris.
- Verify accessories and components are included when required.
- Package products using approved packing materials and shipping procedures.
- Ensure devices are protected against shipping damage.
- Prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Maintain organized inventory and workstations.
- Identify damaged or incorrect items and escalate issues when necessary.
- Assist with inventory movement and warehouse organization.
- Follow company procedures for quality assurance and documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Experience with electronics or warehouse operations is preferred but not required.
