Senior Electrician – Residential
We are hiring an experienced Senior Electrician to lead and perform hands-on electrical work for high-end residential construction projects. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring quality and code compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise residential electrical installations.
- Perform electrical installation, maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
- Plan work activities and mentor electricians/apprentices.
- Ensure compliance with NEC, local electrical codes, and Title 24.
- Install and troubleshoot HomeWorks/Lutron and Vantage lighting control systems.
- Coordinate with project teams to complete projects safely and on schedule.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of residential electrical experience (8+ years in construction).
- Experience with luxury/custom residential projects.
- Knowledge of NEC, local codes, and Title 24.
- Experience with HomeWorks (Lutron) and Vantage lighting systems.
- Strong troubleshooting, leadership, and communication skills.
- Valid electrician license/certification preferred.
