- Provide 1:1 discrete trial instruction.
- Use prompt and prompt fading procedures to ensure student success.
- Assist BCBA with functional behavior assessments.
- Implement behavior intervention plans with integrity.
- Assist lead teacher with classroom routines and small group instruction.
- Shadow students to ensure success during inclusion opportunities.
- Perform tasks outlined in the BACB’s RBT task List (2nd Edition)
- Adhere to the Ethical Requirements outlined in the BACB RBT Ethics Code.
- Maintain RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
