Client Coordinator / Front Desk – Medical Spa

Position Summary
As our Client Coordinator, you will play a vital role in creating an outstanding client experience from the moment guests walk through our doors. You'll educate clients on treatment options, assist in developing customized treatment plans, recommend skincare products, and explain available financing options while ensuring a seamless front desk experience. The postion is involved mutiple technical skills including managing an appointment system, records, and rewards programs.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism.
- Schedule appointments and manage the daily appointment calendar and client records.
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via text/email.
- Assist providers in educating clients on treatment plans and recommended services.
- Recommend medical-grade skincare products based on provider recommendations.
- Explain available financing options and assist clients through the application process.
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records.
- Support practice goals through membership, treatment, and retail sales.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and spa clinic.
- Manage spa invetory and order needed offica and soa supplies.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure an exceptional client experience every visit including assisting in tasks of taking before and after photos and discussing post care instructions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a medical spa, aesthetics, cosmetic, dermatology, dental, or luxury hospitality environment preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable discussing treatment recommendations, skincare products, and financing options.
- Sales and customer service experience is highly preferred.
- Proficient with computer systems and scheduling software.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Education
High school or equivalent
License
Esthetician, Massage Therapist or Medical Assistant a Plus
Willing to train the right candidate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
