Augusta Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on our Full-Time PM Shift (2:00 PM–10:00 PM).
Whether you're an experienced CNA or newly certified, you'll find a welcoming team, supportive leadership, and opportunities to grow while providing exceptional care to our residents.
What You'll Do
As a CNA, you'll play an important role in helping residents live safely, comfortably, and with dignity by providing compassionate, person-centered care.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Promoting resident comfort, independence, and quality of life
- Observing and reporting changes in resident condition
- Working collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team
- Accurately documenting resident care
- Helping maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
Schedule
- Full-Time
- PM Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Every other weekend
- Rotating holidays
What We're Looking For
- Current Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
- A genuine passion for caring for others
