Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective rehabilitation programs that cater to the unique needs of our residents
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and optimal outcomes
- Assist the Director of Rehab with daily operations and treatment
- Conduct assessments, develop plans of care, and implement rehabilitation interventions to enhance patients' functional abilities and quality of life
- Oversee and mentor the rehab therapy team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure exceptional patient care
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient progress and rehabilitation plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a rehab setting, with experience in long-term care preferred
- Current GA licensure as a therapist in the rehab team
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
