Job Description
- Produce machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating computer numerical control (CNC) and manual Mills and Lathes
- Program parts for CNC mills and lathes
- Maintain quality and safety standards
- Maintain equipment supplies
- Proactive involvement in projects, process improvement, and other value-added activities
- Assist other departments as needed
Qualifications
- Associates degree in machining or equivalent (open to new graduates) or 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to hold close tolerances and conduct component inspections
- Positive, detail-oriented personality

Plus Discretionary Profit Sharing Bonus
Salary Negotiable Based on Experience
