RKey Responsibilities:
- Perform service calls for electrical diagnostics, repairs, installations, and upgrades in residential and commercial environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving outlets, switches, lighting, panels, circuits, and low-voltage systems
- Install and upgrade electrical panels, subpanels, EV chargers, transfer switches, lighting, and receptacles
- Ensure all work meets local and national electrical codes (NEC), safety regulations, and client specifications
- Communicate professionally with clients to explain issues, solutions, and pricing options
- Complete work orders, time logs, and service reports accurately
- Coordinate with dispatch and office staff for scheduling and updates
- Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and inventory of parts
