We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Team Member to join our team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience. Please note: Must have a California RBS (Responsible Beverage Server) Certification and California Food Handlers card or be able to obtain within the first 30 days if hired.
Responsibilities
-Tahoe Bowl Team Members must be able to operate the Bowling Center, tend Bar (must be 21), operate the Tahoe Bowl Pizzeria and keep all areas clean, presentable and free of any hazards.
-Must be available to work Wednesdays - Sundays from 3:30pm to 11:30pm.
-Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
- Assist in managing events, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
- Support food service operations, including preparing, cooking, serving, and maintaining cleanliness of food areas.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
- Address any conflicts or issues that arise with professionalism and tact, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Experience
Ideal candidates will possess the following skills:
- Previous experience in customer service or guest services roles is highly desirable.
- Experience in food service, entertainment, bowling, bartending and or hospitality is a plus.
- Familiarity with events management to assist in coordinating activities.
- Cash handling experience is preferred for managing transactions accurately.
