Responsibilities

Maintain Site organization and support classroom staff
- Oversee utilization of Experience Curriculum tools and products in classrooms
- Supervise and monitor children's indoor and outdoor activities as needed
- Keep records of children's progress, routines and interests and relaying needed information to parents
- Assist in preparing food and serving meals
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Work closely with Leadership Team to develop and work toward Educational goals outlined by the Berwick Area YMCA
Qualifications

AA or BA in ECE Preferred
- 4+ years ECE Experience; Management or supervisory Experience Preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, bend and stand
- Ability to obtain CPR certification and pass background screening
