Description:
Owns trade spend, deductions, and Accounts Receivable execution for North America, focusing on analytics, process discipline, and net revenue realization.
Essential Functions

Own trade spend, deductions, chargebacks, allowances, and credits

Build reporting to quantify customer-related spend

Analyze trends and drive root-cause resolution

Lead AR functions: cash application, collections, reconciliations, aging

Partner cross-functionally to validate deductions

Establish KPIs and dashboards

Strengthen controls and cash flow

Supervise AR shared services team (2-3 in India Shared Services)
Requirements:
Education and Experience

5+ years experience in Accounts Receivable and Trade Spend

CPG experience required
-
Strong trade spend analysis and deduction management
-
Proven ability to improve recovery outcomes

Advanced Excel and ERP skills
