Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician in Clarion, Pennsylvania.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Outpatient Family Medicine role within stable community healthcare organization
- Focus on comprehensive primary care across the lifespan
- Structured outpatient schedule with full support staff provided

- Established workflows designed to support provider efficiency and continuity of care
COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: $220,000+ based on experience
- Student loan repayment eligibility up to $75,000
SCHEDULE
- Four-and-a-half-day outpatient schedule
- No weekend requirements
- Stable weekday-focused primary care environment
ROLE
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services
- Manage preventative care and chronic disease treatment
- Deliver patient-centered care within collaborative clinical setting
- Work alongside full clinical support staff
- Support continuity and long-term patient relationships

Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED
- Active Pennsylvania medical license or ability to obtain REQUIRED
- DEA license or ability to obtain REQUIRED
- Outpatient primary care experience preferred
- Team-based clinical approach REQUIRED
