Ardor House is a luxury home staging and interior design company serving real estate agents and homeowners across Los Angeles and Orange County. We transform listings into photo-ready, sell-faster spaces using a deep, curated furniture inventory and a fast 72-hour walkthrough-to-install turnaround.
The Role
We're looking for a talented, self-motivated stager to join us on a commission basis, part-time or full-time. You'll design and execute staging installs that make properties shine and help our agent partners close faster. Whether you want a few projects a month or a full pipeline, we'll scale the work to match.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute home staging installs for active real estate listings
- Select and arrange furniture and decor from our existing inventory to fit each property's style and price point
- Coordinate with our warehouse and crew on logistics and install timing
- Ensure every space is photo-ready and meets our luxury standard
- Optionally source your own staging deals for a higher commission rate
Compensation
This is a commission-based role:
- 7.5% commission on jobs assigned to you
- 15% commission on deals you source and execute yourself
Top stagers who bring their own pipeline can earn significantly more. No base salary; you're rewarded directly for the work you produce.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in home staging, interior design, set styling, or a strongly related field
- A sharp eye for design, proportion, and creating spaces that photograph beautifully
- Self-starter who manages their own time and takes ownership of results
- Reliable transportation and availability to work on-site at properties across LA/OC
- Comfortable with a flexible, project-based, commission structure
