Skilled Remodeling Carpenter
Full-Time | W-2 Employee Position | $23–$30/hr

What You’ll Do
- Work on residential remodeling projects (kitchens, bathrooms, basements, laundry rooms)
- Perform a mix of skilled tasks: framing, drywall, flooring, tile, trim, and light plumbing
- Work both independently and with a small, supportive team
- Communicate professionally with clients and teammates
- Deliver clean, high-quality work with strong attention to detail
- Show up on time, prepared, and ready to work
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of residential remodeling experience (required)
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable, consistent, and punctual
- Skilled with tools and core trade techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
- Experience in multiple trades preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Schedule
- Four 10-hour shifts (Monday–Thursday)
- Friday work is only scheduled when needed to keep projects on track
- Occasional weekend work as needed
