### Requirements & Responsibilities
* **Availability:** Ability to work a flexible **45–50 hour work week**, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
* **Financial & Operational Oversight:** Full accountability for restaurant profitability, inventory control, labor budgeting, and guest satisfaction metrics.
* **Talent Management:** Drive the recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and retention of all café team members and shift leaders.
* **Brand Standards:** Ensure complete compliance with all health, safety, food handling, and brand specifications to deliver top-tier food and smoothie quality.
* **Hospitality Excellence:** Role model and enforce "Unparalleled Hospitality" standards so that every single customer has a flawless, pleasant visit.
