Responsibilities:
- Perform blood collection and phlebotomy procedures on patients in various settings, including homes and assisted living facilities .
- Utilize aseptic technique to ensure the safety and accuracy of blood collection.
- Follow laboratory procedures and protocols for specimen handling and processing.
- Maintain accurate records of patient information.
- Provide excellent patient service by ensuring their comfort and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure proper specimen collection and delivery.
- Maintaining proper supply inventory
Requirements:
- Valid Phlebotomy certification, training, & experience (Minimum 2 years).
- Valid Driver’s License
- Very reliable, independent transportation
- Valid Automobile and Professional Liability Insurance
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Compensation Structure: Per collection, per visit, or per assignment basis
Expected patient appointments: 45+ per week
Schedule: Day shift 6 a.m. – 6 p.m./Monday through Friday
Travel requirement: Daily/Lake, Osceola, Orange, Seminole, & Volusia Counties
