Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and water chemistry balancing on hot tubs to ensure optimal operation and safety.
- Troubleshoot and repair pool plumbing systems, pumps, filters, heaters, and other hot tub equipment using hand tools and power tools.
- Handle water treatment chemicals responsibly, ensuring proper chemical levels and safety protocols are followed.
- Conduct inspections to identify mechanical issues or equipment malfunctions and execute timely repairs or replacements.
- Maintain detailed service records, including work performed, parts used, and system diagnostics.
- Operate company vehicles safely to travel between client locations for scheduled service appointments.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining maintenance procedures and addressing client questions professionally.
