Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead our wholesale operations with enthusiasm and strategic insight. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operational functions, manage teams, and operational procedures. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the customer experience while managing warehouse operations efficiently and effectively. Japanese and Korean speaking preferred.
Duties
- Lead production training, and ongoing development to build a motivated and high-performing team.
- Oversee daily store operations such as dispatch/routing and warehouse production.
- Coordinate production team and drivers.
- Arrange fleet maintenance.
- Utilize Sage X3 and Samsara programs.
- Deliver as needed.
- Maintain operational compliance with safety regulations, manage shift schedules, and ensure efficient store functioning through effective time management.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience with a strong background in team supervision and operations management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Previous supervisory experience is advantageous.
