Duties
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment to uphold health standards.
- Clear tables promptly and reset them efficiently to prepare for the next guests.
- Support catering and banquet events by setting up serving stations and clearing after service.
- Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including sweeping, mopping, trash disposal, and general tidying.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and sanitation standards.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting trays or moving supplies.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues during high-volume shifts.
- Basic understanding of culinary or kitchen operations is a plus.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health regulations.
Pay: $12.50 - $14.50 per hour
