Our crews typically work on projects within a 2-hour radius of our headquarters, with occasional travel to nearby jobsites throughout the region.
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a variety of heavy machinery including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, scrapers, skid steers, and other earthmoving equipment.
Some travel during the week may be required depending on the project location. Per diem and hotel accommodations are provided for employees working out of town, and crews are typically home on weekends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment in excavation or sitework.
- Familiarity with GPS and laser grading systems.
- Strong understanding of excavation and grading techniques.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
