Position Overview:
As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a key role in the daily operations of the hotel, supporting the General Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving team performance, and maintaining brand standards. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to step into a General Manager position as new properties open.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous hotel management or supervisory experience required
- IHG preferred (but not required)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
