Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Service Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, customer-focused, and capable of diagnosing and repairing a wide range of plumbing issues independently.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Perform drain cleaning, hydro jetting, and sewer line services.
- Repair and replace water heaters, tankless water heaters, fixtures, and piping systems.
- Perform leak detection and plumbing troubleshooting.
- Conduct camera inspections and provide accurate findings.
- Repair or replace toilets, faucets, angle stops, garbage disposals, and related fixtures.
- Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with customers.
- Complete service reports, photos, and documentation accurately.
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of plumbing service experience preferred.
- Texas Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master Plumbing License preferred.
- Valid Texas Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls.
- Experience with drain cleaning equipment, sewer machines, cameras, and hydro jetters is a plus.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various environments.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the office.
