Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, positive, and patient-focused Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our private orthodontic practice. This individual will support our team, ensure an exceptional patient experience, and help maintain an efficient, welcoming office environment. The Office Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, but will not be responsible for patient billing or accounts receivable.
Duties (in no order of importance)
- Oversee daily office operations, workflow and smooth patient scheduling
- Lead, coach, and support the front and clinical teams
- Foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture
- Ensure an outstanding patient and parent experience from start to finish
- Manage staff scheduling, time-off requests, and office coverage
- Coordinate team meetings, training, and onboarding of new employees
- Monitor office systems, supplies, and equipment to keep operations running smoothly
- Address patient concerns professionally and before they become problems
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA
- Work closely with the orthodontist to implement office goals, improve efficiency, improve on and document office policies and protocols
Requirements
- Demonstrated supervisory experience managing healthcare teams
- Previous dental or orthodontic office management experience highly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and proactive problem-solving abilities
- Professional, dependable, and committed to providing outstanding customer service
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with orthodontic or dental practice management software preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential
- Familiarity with fiscal management including budgeting preferred

Pay: $26.41 - $31.81 per hour
