We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Clinical Team Assistant to help keep our home health team running smoothly. In this role, you'll work alongside our Business Office Manager and clinical leaders to support daily operations, manage physician orders, and ensure critical documentation is accurate and up to date.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate and manage physician orders using our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to ensure timely processing and accuracy.
- Answer, screen, and route calls while providing outstanding customer service to patients, physicians, and team members.
- Track, organize, and maintain medical documentation and correspondence.
- Process, copy, scan, fax, and distribute clinical documents efficiently.
- Support document control processes and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with office supply inventory and ensure workspaces are stocked and organized.
- Cross-train on Team Assistant responsibilities and provide coverage as needed.
- Collaborate with office and clinical staff to keep daily operations running efficiently.
- Perform other administrative duties that support our growing team.
What We're Looking For
- Previous medical office or healthcare administrative experience is required.
- Home health or hospice experience is highly preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Working knowledge of medical terminology.
- Strong computer, data entry, and word processing skills.
- Experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Reliable transportation and valid auto liability insurance.
