Overview
We are an exciting new Italian fine dining concept opening in Lake Forest, seeking a warm, professional, and enthusiastic Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. In this role, you'll help create a welcoming and refined atmosphere that sets the tone for an exceptional dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage reservations and waitlists using OpenTable
- Answer phone calls and monitor voicemail messages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front of house
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and graciously
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Composed under pressure, with a polished and friendly demeanor
- Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
