Job Responsibilities (CSP)
· Managing all incoming customer phone calls
· Effectively converting calls into appointments for our team of plumbing professionals
· Scheduling, assisting, and dispatching our plumbers in real time to job locations
· Communicating with customers regarding scheduling and status of appointments
· Following up with potential customers who have yet to book a service
· Following up with customers on completed jobs daily, gauging satisfaction, and asking for positive reviews
· Assisting plumbers by assuring they follow company procedure on each service call
· Ability and willingness to learn new software (ServiceTitan)
· Assist GM and Ownership with daily tasks as directed
· Promote the bluefrog® brand in the community at events, gatherings, and functions
Job Mission
The CSR position requires a high level of effective communication skills, problem solving, patience, friendliness, and willingness to sell and promote services and products. The right candidate must be teachable, enthusiastic, resilient, and able to manage potentially stressful and time sensitive issues with professionalism. This is a 40-hour per week in-office position (7:00am - 4:00pm, Mon-Fri). High School Diploma required. Must have a professional appearance, dress, grooming, etc. Office location is in Phoenix, AZ near SR 101 and 19th Avenue.
Compensation
$18-25 per hour
Hourly pay + potential commission bonus - Based on meeting set KPI's and sales goals. The starting rate of pay will be commensurate with experience and competitive with industry standards. High performing CSP’s can expect to make $50-70k per year including benefits and commission.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
