We’re looking to expand our team with a reliable, detail-oriented Office Assistant/ Controller who brings strong organizational skills and a background in basic accounting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist with inquiries in person and over the phone
- Handle clerical duties: filing, data entry, scanning, and document organization
- Assist with processing vehicle sales paperwork
- Support accounts payable/receivable tasks
- Reconcile invoices and help maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with the sales and service team to ensure smooth operations
- Perform general office tasks as needed
- Process Payroll and Tax Paperwork
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office setting
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Friendly attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
