Job Summary
We are seeking an outgoing, self-motivated Automotive Sales Consultant to join our showroom team. In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador for America's favorite trucks and SUVs. You will guide guests through our massive lineup of new Fords, our budget-friendly under-$20k lot, and our rigorous Ford Blue Advantage Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) inventory.
Whether you have a background in automotive sales, call centers, hospitality, or retail sales, if you are a "people person" who loves building relationships, we want to talk to you.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Consult & Serve: Greet floor guests and handle incoming phone/internet leads with a focus on integrity and exemplary customer service.
- Demonstrate & Test Drive: Build excitement by showcasing vehicle technology (like Ford Co-Pilot360 or EV capabilities), conducting product walkarounds, and leading safe test drives.
- Leverage Dealership Perks: Introduce customers to our unique value propositions, such as our 3 On Us program and unique regional manufacturer incentives.
- Pipeline Management: Utilize our dealership computer systems and CRM to log consumer data, manage follow-ups, and reach daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Uphold Our Reputation: Ensure every interaction aligns with our high ethical standards, culminating in a transparent, zero-stress delivery process.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: Previous sales experience (Automotive, Retail, or Call Center) is preferred, but an outgoing personality and a drive to succeed are what matter most.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Licensing: Valid Driver’s License and a clean, insurable driving record (required for test drives).
- Screening: Must consent to and pass a routine drug and background screening.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, a professional appearance, and a comfortable working knowledge of computers.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
