We are seeking a Front End Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality, food service, or customer service, with a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
## Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized front end area
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service
- Assist with restocking merchandise as needed
## Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, or customer service roles preferred
- Knowledge of food handling procedures is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
