We currently transport a wide array of commodities; including refrigerated, temperature protected, manufactured goods, chemicals, specialty, and heavy-haul transport throughout the continental U.S. The ideal candidate loves dogs and has accounting experience in the Logistics Industry and/or fleet management.

- ComCheck Reconciliations to QuickBooks
- Fuel Card Entries
- Intercompany Bank Transfers
- Schedules: Amortization, Depreciation, Notes & Payables
- PM Reporting for Asset Division
- Accounts Payable – Brokerage & Trucking
- Administrative Vendor Payments
- Intercompany Payables
- Accounts Receivable – Customer Services
- Credit Reports
- Driver Payroll
- EFTPS Taxes for Weekly Payroll
- Agent Commissions
- Employee Benefit Administration
- EFTPS Payroll Taxes 940/941
- Trucking Insurance Renewals
- Fleet Maintenance and Compliance Management
- QuickBooks Backup
Qualifications
- Experience with daily bank reconciliations of ACH/check transactions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software/Applications
- Thorough understanding of accounting principles
- Strong data entry skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Solid time management and multitasking skills
- Payroll experience including ACH transfers, direct deposit, and tax liabilities
- 3+ years' experience in QuickBooks
