We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager / Program Manager to lead this critical transformation initiative, ensuring end-to-end delivery across IT, data, and business process domains.
This role requires a strong combination of:
IT system integration expertise
Project/program delivery leadership
Stakeholder management in complex industrial environments
Mission / Objectives:
Lead the end-to-end implementation of a new certification and scheduling solution
Ensure migration from a decentralized Smartsheet environment to a secure, integrated digital platform
Drive harmonization of engineering processes across multiple sites (US & Canada)
Guarantee compliance with cybersecurity, data governance.
Key Responsibilities:
Program & Project Leadership
Manage the full lifecycle of the program:
Initiation Design Build Test Deployment Hypercare
Define and maintain roadmap, milestones, budget, and governance
Lead multi-stream delivery (functional, technical, data, security, integration)
Business & IT Alignment
Ensure consistency between:
Engineering processes (STC, ECR, certification workflows)
IT solutions (PLM, SAP, data platforms)
Support definition of target architecture and “To-Be” processes
Solution Implementation & Integration
Oversee integration with key systems:
SAP
Google ecosystem
Potential PLM / engineering tools
Ensure end-to-end data flow, consistency, and traceability
Supervise data migration from legacy systems
Data & Governance
Ensure compliance with:
Cybersecurity standards (authentication, access control, etc.)
Data privacy and export control requirements
Monitor data integrity and reporting capabilities
Stakeholder & Change Management
Engage with senior stakeholders:
Engineering leadership
Digital / IT sponsors
Process experts
Drive:
Risk, Compliance & Security
Identify and mitigate key risks:
Cybersecurity vulnerabilities
Operational disruptions due to system failure
Ensure solution meets enterprise security and compliance standards

Strong experience in:
Enterprise system implementation (ERP, PLM, or scheduling tools)

2–5+ years in IT project/program management
Proven experience delivering complex transformation programs
Strong command of:

Aerospace / Manufacturing / Engineering environments
Certification processes (STC, ECR, etc.)
Scheduling / production planning systems
Soft Skills:
Excellent stakeholder management (including C-level)

Leadership & team coordination across geographies
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with Smartsheet or similar tools transformation

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $37.45/hour - $58.51/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
