We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors so a welcoming personality is a must. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls with proper phone etiquette, directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Utilize computer invoicing and financial record keeping.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area.
- Assist with office management duties as needed, including inventory management of office supplies.
- Support other staff members as a personal assistant when required.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or a similar role within an office environment.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with medical receptionist duties is a plus but not mandatory.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
