Position: Delivery Driver/Customer Service
Term: Full-time, non-exempt
Expected Hours of Activity:
- Monday 8am – 4pm (8 hours)
- Tuesday 8am – 4pm (8 hours)
- Wednesday8am – 4pm (8 hours)
- Thursday 8am – 4pm (8 hours)
- Friday 8am – 4pm (8 hours)

The File Depot of Milwaukee is looking to fill positions in their growing West Allis operation. The ideal candidate will be flexible and energetic, maintain a high degree of work ethic and be a tremendous force when representing the company in front of customers and prospective clients.
Delivery Van Support Operations
- Given a list of work orders representing customer visits, organize the route for maximum efficiency and minimum mileage.
- Load and unload boxes and shred bins from cargo vehicles, both on warehouse site and on customer property.
- Present positive and professional image to all clients and prospects in the performance of daily duties where direct customer contact is required.
- Manage internal process paperwork in accordance with company practices and standards
Warehouse Operations
- Assist with the data entry of new boxes into the Business Operations Center
- Assist with the location management of all boxes in the warehouse
- Pull boxes that have been requested by clients for return to client locations
- Refile boxes that have been returned from client locations
- Shred and bale paper product in queue to be shredded
- Manage internal process paperwork in accordance with company practices and standards
- Other duties, as defined by management
Key Minimum Requirements for this Position:
- Lift and carry up to 40 lbs while in the process of performing key tasks throughout the warehouse and scan center
- Climb ladders and warehouse stairs up to 10 feet
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as fork lifts and pallet jacks (or have a propensity for learning these tools)
- Must have a current Wisconsin drivers license and a clean driving record
- Must pass a basic security background screening assessment

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
