Plie Promotions is a woman owned fast-growing custom apparel and merchandise company serving dance studios, gymnasts and cheer gyms across the country. We specialize in team apparel and branded products that help businesses create excitement and generate additional revenue.
We are looking for a motivated, relationship-focused Sales Representative who thrives on building connections, following up consistently, and helping customers bring ideas to life.
We are looking for someone who is experienced, organized, hungry to grow, and excited to work in a creative, fast-paced environment.
Job Duty Overview
- Build and maintain relationships
- Follow up with leads quickly via phone, Zoom (virtual), email, and text
- Prospect new clients through outbound outreach
- Help clients choose products that fit their goals, budget, and timeline
- Coordinate mockups and communicate with internal design/support teams
- Manage opportunities through our CRM system
- Stay on top of follow-ups, quotes, and production timelines
- Work closely with leadership to help grow sales initiatives, expand our customer base and customer retention
Qualifications
- Someone who loves sales and is hungry to win!
- Proven sales experience contributing to company growth
- Ability to travel to 8+ trade shows/events (some are on weekends) a year
- Strong phone/virtual sales confidence
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Positive attitude with a solutions-first mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using CRMs such as Go High Level, HubSpot, or Salesforce
- Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, customer service, and supply chain departments to improve customer experience.
Preferred
- Knowledge of the dance or cheer industry
- Experience with custom apparel, team stores, or promotional products

Office is located in Brookfield WI, looking for somebody in driving distance if possible - if not, will consider fully remote.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
