Are you someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a hardworking team? Larsen’s Landscaping is looking for dependable and motivated Landscape Crew Members to join our growing team!
What You’ll Do:
- Perform landscape maintenance (mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, mulching)
- Assist with installing trees, shrubs, flowers, and landscape features
- Safely operate landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
- Load and unload tools and materials
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow company safety procedures and standards
- Work as part of a team under the direction of a Crew Leader
What We’re Looking For:
- Landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred (not required — we will train!)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical work daily
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid Driver’s License required (Chauffeur’s License required within 30 days of hire)
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well with others and follow instructions
- Working smartphone required (for communication, scheduling, photos, etc.)
