Duties:
- Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated locations
-Unload products from the vehicle using appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or manual labor
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries
- Verify the accuracy of delivery orders and obtain necessary signatures or proof of delivery
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, performing routine inspections and maintenance as needed
- Communicate with dispatch or supervisor regarding any issues or delays encountered during deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries or concerns in a professional manner
Experience & Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role preferred
- Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is required
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet delivery deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to pass background check. No recent felony's
- Drug screening and physical required
