About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and fun.
- Supervise campers during activities, ensuring safety and engagement.
- Encourage positive social interactions and conflict resolution among campers.
- Maintain a clean and organized camp environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding camper progress.
- Assist in the preparation of snacks and meals as needed.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss camper needs and program improvements.
- Be a positive role model and mentor for campers.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 25 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with children in a camp or educational setting is preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passion for working with children and promoting their growth.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work outdoors.
- Background check required prior to employment.
