Poulin Design Center has been a family-owned remodeling company for over 40 years! We are seeking a Marketplace Barista/Associate who embodies our company culture, demonstrates innovation and integrity, and will help us uphold our reputation for exceptional customer service and quality work.
Marketplace Barista/Associate Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalency; current Food Handler’s Permit upon hire, required.
- 1+ years of barista experience; familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Square POS, and various applications; knowledge of our brands and events, preferred.
- A passion for coffee and building community.
- Effective interpersonal communication, time management, and organization skills.
- Directed decision-making, problem-solving, and adaptability to challenging situations.
Marketplace Barista/Associate Responsibilities:
- Attend goal-setting meetings with management and the team.
- Ensure the Bar is open and functioning on assigned days to prepare beverages, food, and support with training new hires.
- Update the daily Bar inventory needs to arrange deliveries and pick-ups for perishable and non-perishable products and materials.
- Work the floor to sell merchandise and assist inventory process of receiving, tagging, and merchandising as needed.
- Represent our brands at on-site and off-site events.
Pay: $14.00-$15.00/hr. plus tips.

Schedule:
- On-site, part-time, 16-32 hours per week, .5-hour meal break, non-exempt.
- Rotating schedule Monday-Friday (7:00am-5:30pm).
- Rotating Saturday (7:30am-3:30pm).
