As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for our valued customers, assisting them with their automotive service needs and making it a great experience.
Job Responsibilities:

Greeting our customers

Actively listening to customers needs and scheduling appointments when needed

Consulting mechanics regarding necessary repairs

Providing customers with information and advice on their vehicle

Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell of provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to our customers

Maintaining positive customer relationship to ensure repeat business

Requirements:
- You must be able to explain repairs in simple terms to their customers, while also being able to understand technical jargon in order to effectively communicate with technicians.
