Lash Artist / Lash Technician

Little Beauty Studio is looking for a talented, reliable, and motivated Lash Artist to join our growing luxury lash team. We are a high-demand studio focused on creating a professional, positive, and supportive environment while delivering high-quality lash services and client experiences.
We are currently hiring a lash technician who is passionate about their craft, takes pride in retention and styling, and is looking to grow long-term with a studio that is actively working to build and maintain a strong clientele base.
Position Details
- Commission-based position
- 60/40 split
- 60% to the Lash Technician
- 40% to Little Beauty Studio
- Lash Technician supplies their own products and tools
- Flexible scheduling opportunities available

Our goal is to work together long-term and help each lash artist become consistently booked over time through studio marketing, branding, and client retention efforts.
Requirements
- Experience with Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Mega Volume lash sets
- Strong isolation and clean application techniques
- Good retention and attention to detail
- Professionalism and reliability
- Ability to complete full sets in approximately 2 hours or less
- Ability to complete fills in approximately 1–1.5 hours
- Must provide your own lash products and tools
- Must have portfolio/photos of work

Hiring Process
Qualified applicants will be asked to complete a model set as part of the interview process so we can assess styling, placement, timing, and overall technique.
